Allow Us to Re-Introduce…Mae Mama Classes!

Meet the childbirth education series that meets you where you’re at!

Mae Mama Classes are free, virtual, interactive classes that cover a wide range of topics. From Starting Solids to Self-love and Birthing with Confidence to Breastfeeding Basics – these classes allow you to tune in from wherever you are (your computer or your smartphone) whenever you cab (we have on-demand classes now!) to listen, learn, and reflect.

(We want to give you a bunch of ways to meet with Mae experts and ask questions in a small, safegroup)
